A Telecaller is responsible for making outbound calls or handling inbound calls to generate leads, promote products/services, and support customers.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers
Explain products or services clearly and professionally
Generate leads and follow up on enquiries
Maintain and update customer databases
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets
Record call details and feedback properly
Coordinate with the sales team when required
Handle customer complaints politely and effectively
Skills Required:
Good communication skills in English (and regional language if needed)
Basic computer knowledge
Persuasive and convincing ability
Good listening skills
Ability to handle rejection and pressure
Qualification:
Minimum: Plus Two / Any Degree

Freshers or experienced candidates can apply
