Job Title: Mobilizer
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Mobilization Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for student enrollment through outreach activities, building partnerships with institutions, and ensuring smooth coordination throughout the mobilization process.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with Colleges, Schools, Communities, NGOs, and CBOs to enroll students (prefer online engagement where possible)
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students and partners
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and data entry in systems (TJM software)
- Provide detailed information about the Academy and identify new partnership opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Research and identify new market opportunities for student mobilization
- PWD: 150 candidates
- EV: 75 candidates
- Collect and compile required documents as per program criteria
- Record and maintain video testimonials from trained candidates
Eligibility Criteria
Education
- Graduate in any discipline
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in mobilization or a related field
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good follow-up and coordination ability
- Proficiency in documentation, reporting, and basic computer skills
- Ability to build relationships with educational institutions and community networks
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with NGOs, training institutes, or community-based programs
- Familiarity with CRM or data entry systems
