Real Estate Telecaller
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
- Explain real estate projects, pricing, and offers.
- Understand customer requirements and qualify leads.
- Follow up with customers and schedule site visits.
- Update lead details and follow-ups in CRM.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team for lead conversion.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead targets.
Requirements:
- 2–10 years of experience in Telecalling/Sales.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Tamil & English communication required.
- Real estate experience is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per hour
