About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Land & Legal Intern to support our Land & Legal team in renewable energy projects. The intern will assist in land due diligence, title verification, legal documentation, regulatory compliance, and coordination with government authorities to ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in land title verification and legal due diligence.
- Review and organize land-related documents, including sale deeds, lease deeds, mutation records, revenue records, and title documents.
- Support the drafting and review of agreements, MOUs, NDAs, lease deeds, and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research on land laws, renewable energy regulations, property laws, and applicable government policies.
- Assist in obtaining statutory approvals, permissions, and regulatory clearances.
- Coordinate with government departments, consultants, advocates, and internal project teams.
- Maintain legal records, land documentation, and compliance trackers.
- Prepare legal summaries, reports, and project documentation.
- Support the team in resolving land and legal issues during project development.
Eligibility
- Pursuing or recently completed LL.B. (3-year or 5-year integrated course).
- Students specializing in Property Law, Land Laws, Corporate Law, or Infrastructure Laws will be preferred.
- Prior internship in Land, Real Estate, Infrastructure, or Renewable Energy is an added advantage.
