Alluring Monks Private Limited is a premium creative marketing agency managing brands across Social Media Marketing, Branding, Creative Design, SEO, Website Development, and Performance Marketing.
We are looking for an experienced Agency Operations & Client Success Manager who understands agency environments, creative workflows, client expectations, branding, content strategy, and operational management.
This role is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, managing internal teams, maintaining operational efficiency, reviewing work quality, and preventing client churn.
This position will work directly with the Founder and will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day functioning of the agency.
Core Responsibilities
Client Success & Retention
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Conduct regular client review and strategy meetings
- Identify dissatisfied or at-risk clients before escalation
- Ensure timely communication and follow-ups across all accounts
- Handle client concerns, feedback, and escalations professionally
- Improve overall client retention and satisfaction
- Ensure clients receive value beyond content posting alone
Creative & Content Oversight
- Review content calendars before client presentation
- Evaluate creative quality, branding consistency, and strategic alignment
- Ensure content aligns with client objectives and brand positioning
- Work closely with Social Media Managers and Designers to improve deliverables
- Identify weak content, poor creative direction, and strategic gaps before clients do
- Ensure every account maintains a high standard of execution
Operations Management
- Oversee daily agency operations across all active accounts
- Manage workflows between Social Media Managers, Designers, SEO Specialists, Website Teams, and Performance Marketers
- Ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule
- Build systems and processes that improve operational efficiency
- Track project progress, pending approvals, revisions, and deadlines
- Create accountability systems for remote teams
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions
Team Leadership
- Manage and supervise Social Media Managers and Designers
- Conduct daily and weekly operational reviews
- Ensure workloads are distributed effectively
- Hold team members accountable for deliverables and deadlines
- Escalate performance concerns when necessary
- Maintain productivity and execution standards across departments
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience working within a Digital Marketing Agency, Branding Agency, Creative Agency, or Social Media Agency
- Experience managing a minimum of 15-20 active client accounts simultaneously
- Strong understanding of Social Media Marketing, Branding, Content Strategy, Creative Design, SEO, Website Projects, and Performance Marketing
- Experience managing Social Media Managers and Creative Teams
- Ability to review content, branding, and creative deliverables confidently
- Experience handling client escalations and retention challenges
- Strong communication, leadership, organisational, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience using ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Notion, or similar project management tools
- Ability to work independently and make decisions without constant supervision

- You are unable to manage remote teams

Compensation
₹35,000 per month
For exceptional candidates with proven agency leadership experience, compensation may be discussed based on capability and track record.
Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
