We are looking for an organized and people-oriented HR professional to build and manage our human resources function. The role involves talent acquisition, employee onboarding, performance management, HR operations, statutory compliance, employee engagement, and supporting business growth by creating a positive and productive workplace.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for office, factory, sales, design, and installation teams.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, coordinate assessments, and manage offer rollouts.
- Build a talent pipeline for future hiring requirements.
Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
- Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs.
- Complete joining formalities and documentation.
- Coordinate exit interviews and full-and-final settlement processes.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee files.
- Coordinate payroll inputs with the finance/accounts team.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain HR dashboards.
Performance Management
- Support goal setting and performance review processes.
- Track employee performance and development plans.
- Assist managers in handling performance-related discussions.
Employee Engagement
- Plan employee engagement activities and recognition programs.
- Address employee concerns and foster a positive work culture.
- Promote company values and professional development.
Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- Maintain statutory records and support audits related to HR.
- Prepare employment contracts, HR policies, and employee handbooks.
Training & Development
- Identify training needs across departments.
- Coordinate technical and soft-skills training programs.
- Maintain training records and evaluate effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
Experience
- HR Executive: 1–3 years of experience
- Experience in manufacturing, furniture, construction, interiors, or related industries is preferred.
Required Skills

- Understanding of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Experience with HRMS and Microsoft Office.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
