Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Responsible for providing efficient response to sales queries to ensur eorder conversion and achievement of organisational objectives
- Work towards maintaining COPQ(Cost of Poor Quality) of the unit within the acceptable target limits
- Ensure the highest quality output that meets customers' expectation in the most cost effective manner, through efficient new product development processes
- Provide response to Sales enquires from customers within the stipulated time
- Study of Casting components
- Estimation of Tooling cost
- Verification of new casting item code in engg item master for Fdy Division for RFQ
- Verification of Engg Routing and Bill of materials for RFQ casting for Fdy Division
- Verification of new casting item code in manufacturing item master for Fdy Division
- Verification of Routing and Bill of materials for New casting for Fdy Division
- Verification of Amendent of existing Routing and Bill of materials for Fdy Division
- Verification of molding accessories item Nos for Fdy division
- Verification of Dummy Nos for OSP operation for Fdy division
- Verification of resources for OSP operation for Fdy division
- TQM status & frequent update of records of PD dept for monthly reviews
- Review of departmental Objectives as ISO and policy deployment
- Monitoring Accessories drawing control and approval process for both Fdy 1 & Fdy 2
- Review of Records, documents(ISO, OHSAS &TQM) and its retrival
- Review, Set, and track suitable targets and KPIs for the team to ensure effective performance and delivery
- Ensure adherence to Business Excellence processes in all activities related to the Product and Process Engineering function, approve TQM status & monthly audit in inter-department.
- Oversee the workflow and work assignments of the team to ensure effective collaboration among teams, team members and consistent, quality work
- Analyzing of Rejections through QC story
- Collection and monitoring Yearly Greenco details related to PSLCA Module.
- Suppport innovation and automation centre team to explore and implemented novel technologies in the section
- Identify and use the latest technologies and tools in the section
- Facilitate continuous learning and skilling across the section on essential functional and behavioural competencies
- Mentoring and managing a team of professionals to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Managing career aspirations and training needs of professionals within the section
- Monitor Sectional performance and identify areas of strengths and opportunities for development
- Monitor team metrics and objectives ensuring achievement of set targets
