Key Responsibilities
Front Office & Administrative Management
Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and vendors with a professional approach.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages, and route them to the right departments without delay.
Maintain visitor logs, appointments, and meeting room schedules.
Ensure meeting rooms and presentation systems are set up and functional before use.
Monitor and replenish office supplies, stationery, and pantry items.
Handle courier services, incoming deliveries, and general office documentation.
Support daily office coordination to keep operations running smoothly.
HR Coordination:
Assist HR with attendance tracking, punch-in/out monitoring, and follow-ups with departments.
Maintain attendance summaries, leave records, and basic employee documentation.
Support onboarding activities and help with HR filing and documentation.
Coordinate internal communication for HR notices, meetings, and staff engagements.
Maintain trackers for marketing activities, deliverables, and client communication.
Assist in preparing reports, updating campaign schedules, and coordinating approvals.
Liaise with printing vendors, event partners, and external agencies when required.
Support basic job vacancy postings by ensuring timely follow-ups and submissions.
Operational Support:
Maintain confidentiality and ensure proper documentation of all administrative records.
Coordinate logistics for internal meetings, presentations, and training sessions.
Keep the front desk and reception areas clean, organized, and presentable.
Provide general administrative support to senior management as needed.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree Administration or a related field preferred.
2–4 years of experience in front office administration, coordination, or client-servicing roles is an added advantage.
Strong communication skills with fluency in English.
Comfortable managing multiple tasks and working independently.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Detail-oriented, organized, and consistent in follow-through.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
