Job Title: Telecaller cum Receptionist
Location: Kharar–Ludhiana Highway, Punjab
Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and well-spoken Telecaller cum Receptionist to manage incoming and outgoing calls, greet visitors, schedule appointments, and support the sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and basic computer knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.
- Welcome clients and visitors at the reception.
- Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules.
- Follow up with prospective customers and channel partners.
- Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and client meetings.
- Maintain customer data in Excel/CRM.
- Handle basic administrative and office support tasks.
Requirements
- Graduate or 10+2 with relevant experience.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Telecaller or Receptionist (preferred).
- Good communication skills in Hindi, Punjabi, and basic English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email.
- Pleasant personality with a customer-friendly attitude.
