About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive with experience in the Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) domain. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, experience handling international clients, and a good understanding of EHS processes and compliance workflows.
This role involves managing day-to-day client communication, ensuring timely query resolution, and maintaining high service quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for global EHS clients via email, chat, and calls.
- Handle client queries, requests, and concerns professionally and accurately.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions in CRM or ticketing tools.
- Coordinate with internal EHS, Operations, and Technical teams to resolve client issues.
- Prepare and maintain EHS-related reports, audit documentation, and compliance records.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and timely issue closure.
- Escalate complex issues to the Account Manager or Technical Lead when required.
- Suggest ideas for improving customer experience and service efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in Customer Support, Client Servicing, or Helpdesk roles, preferably in the EHS or Compliance domain.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (mandatory).
- Experience working with international clients (US / UK / Europe).
- Familiarity with EHS standards and compliance processes is an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving, coordination, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and ticketing tools.
