Manage and grow the existing distributor and dealer network across Hyderabad and other target markets.
Develop new distribution channels and expand market presence.
Generate and manage B2B sales opportunities with retailers, supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, and institutional customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and key accounts.
Identify new business opportunities and onboard potential customers.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Ensure timely order collection, payment follow-up, and market coverage.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order fulfillment and customer service.
Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales and distribution, preferably in the Ice Cream or Gelato FMCG industry.
Strong understanding of distributor management and market development.
Experience in B2B sales and dealer network handling.
Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel within Hyderabad and other assigned territories.
