HR Cum Admin Executive
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Cum Admin Executive to manage human resources functions and administrative operations. The role involves supporting recruitment, employee engagement, attendance management, office administration, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources
- Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee documentation.
- Support payroll preparation by providing attendance and leave data.
- Coordinate employee induction and orientation programs.
- Assist in performance appraisal and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies.
- Handle employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Administration
- Manage office facilities, housekeeping, security, and maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Handle travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and transportation for employees and visitors.
- Manage office assets and maintain asset records.
- Organize meetings, events, and company functions.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of administrative records.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in HR and administrative functions.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with HRMS software is preferred.
