Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the service engineering team for solar hybrid inverter projects.
- Handle installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of solar hybrid inverters.
- Provide technical support to clients, EPC teams, and channel partners.
- Ensure timely resolution of service complaints and breakdowns.
- Monitor inverter performance and analyze technical issues.
- Coordinate with design, sales, and project teams for smooth execution.
- Conduct training sessions for service engineers and customers.
- Maintain service reports, warranty claims, and AMC records.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality procedures.
- Manage spare parts planning and inventory coordination.
- Visit project sites for critical issue handling and technical inspections.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
