SOFT7 Technology is a software company focused on building modern SaaS products, business automation solutions, CRM platforms, and communication tools.
We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer to lead the redesign of SOFT7’s existing product interfaces and create a modern, scalable, and professional user experience.
Role Overview
The selected designer will be responsible for researching, improving, and redesigning the existing SOFT7 UI/UX with a strong focus on usability, visual quality, consistency, and modern SaaS design standards.
This is a project-based role, ideal for a designer who can independently understand an existing product, identify UX problems, and transform it into a polished, professional interface.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze the existing SOFT7 product UI/UX and identify areas for improvement.
- Create modern and intuitive UX flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Redesign dashboards, navigation, forms, tables, settings, CRM modules, and other product interfaces.
- Develop a consistent design system, UI components, typography, spacing, icons, and visual guidelines.
- Design responsive experiences for desktop, tablet, and mobile.
- Improve overall usability, accessibility, and user journey.
- Create modern interactions, animations, and micro-interactions where appropriate.
- Maintain design consistency across multiple SOFT7 products and modules.
- Work closely with the development team for accurate implementation.
- Provide properly organized and developer-ready Figma files, components, and design specifications.
Required Experience & Skills
- 3+ years of professional UI/UX design experience preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of Figma and modern design workflows.
- Strong understanding of UX research, information architecture, user flows, wireframing, and prototyping.
- Strong expertise in SaaS, CRM, dashboard, or web application design.
- Excellent understanding of responsive design, typography, spacing, visual hierarchy, and usability.
- Experience creating and maintaining design systems and reusable components.
- Strong understanding of modern web design trends and professional SaaS interfaces.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of the complete design process.
- Good understanding of HTML/CSS and frontend development will be an advantage.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who can go beyond simply making screens look attractive.
You should be able to understand the product, identify usability problems, simplify complex workflows, and create a professional user experience that is visually impressive and easy to use.
A strong portfolio demonstrating SaaS, CRM, dashboard, or complex web application projects is highly preferred.
