Job Summary:
We are looking for a result-driven Business Development professional to build customer relationships and drive revenue growth. The role requires strong communication skills, sales confidence, and the ability to convert prospects into customers in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with inbound and outbound leads.
- Present product value and convert prospects.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead to closure.
- Follow up consistently to improve conversions.
Requirements:
- 3+ Years of experience in sales/business development (EdTech preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
