About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Senior Business Development Executive to drive business growth through strategic outreach, client engagement, and effective sales execution. The ideal candidate will have experience in Inside Sales, GTM (Go-To-Market) execution, product demonstrations, and client presentations, with a strong ability to convert prospects into long-term customers.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Inside Sales
- Identify, qualify, and nurture leads through various sales channels.
- Execute inside sales strategies to generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and business opportunities.
GTM (Go-To-Market) Execution
- Support and execute GTM strategies for new products and services.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to drive customer acquisition initiatives.
- Analyze customer feedback and market trends to improve sales effectiveness.
Client Calls & Product Demonstrations
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client requirements and pain points.
- Schedule and lead product demos and presentations for prospective clients.
- Deliver compelling presentations showcasing product value and business benefits.
- Handle client objections and negotiate effectively to close deals.
Relationship Management
- Develop strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.
- Ensure a seamless handover from sales to onboarding/account management teams.
- Maintain regular follow-ups to maximize conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, or B2B Sales.
- Proven experience in conducting client calls, product demos, and sales presentations.
- Strong understanding of GTM (Go-To-Market) strategies and execution.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple prospects and sales opportunities simultaneously.
- Strong CRM and sales pipeline management experience.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with SaaS, technology, AI, or product-based companies.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
- Experience handling domestic and international clients.
