Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to manage customer inquiries, provide accurate information, resolve complaints, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, or in person.
Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Provide accurate information about company products and services.
Maintain customer records and update information in the CRM system.
Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns.
Achieve customer satisfaction and service quality targets.
Prepare daily and monthly customer service reports.
Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
Perform other duties assigned by the reporting manager.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
0–3 years of experience in customer service, BPO, or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience with CRM software is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.
