About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Placement Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building industry relationships, coordinating placement activities, and helping students launch successful careers in the IT industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate organizations and hiring partners.
- Coordinate and manage campus placement drives, recruitment events, and hiring activities.
- Identify and engage potential employers for student placements and internships.
- Facilitate communication between students, recruiters, and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare students for placement opportunities through guidance and coordination.
- Track placement statistics and maintain recruitment records.
- Organize employer engagement initiatives, networking events, and industry interactions.
- Ensure smooth execution of end-to-end placement processes.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Placement, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or Corporate Relations.
- Strong network within the IT and corporate industry.
- Proven experience in conducting and managing placement drives.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with recruiters and organizations.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience working with educational institutions, training institutes, or skill development organizations.
- Good understanding of current hiring trends and recruitment practices.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of managing multiple stakeholders.
