An executive recruiter identifies, attracts, and secures top-tier leadership talent (C-suite, VPs) for organizations. They manage the full search lifecycle, including defining requirements, sourcing passive candidates, conducting confidential assessments, and negotiating compensation. Key skills include networking, market research, and strategic consulting.
Key Responsibilities
- Search Strategy Development: Work with company stakeholders to define role requirements, cultural fit, and search strategy.
- Passive Candidate Sourcing: Proactively identify high-level talent through networking, social media, and industry research rather than relying solely on job postings.
- Candidate Assessment: Conduct rigorous, often confidential, interviews and reference checks to assess qualifications and leadership capability.
- Negotiation & Closing: Facilitate final interviews, negotiate salary and benefits, and manage the candidate experience to ensure acceptance
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Proven experience in executive search or corporate recruitment, typically 5–8+ years.
- Relationship Building: Exceptional networking skills to engage passive, high-level professionals.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to interact with C-suite stakeholders and potential candidates.
- Discretion: Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
