The Business Development Officer (BDO) is responsible for generating new business, enrolling new members, promoting the society's savings, deposit, and loan products, and achieving monthly business targets. The role involves regular field work, meeting customers, building strong relationships with members, identifying new business opportunities, and conducting promotional activities. The BDO will follow up on leads, assist customers with account opening and loan requirements, ensure excellent customer service, maintain daily activity reports, and support branch growth. The candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and be willing to travel for field visits whenever required.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
