Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI-powered applications using Python.
- Build and optimize conversational AI systems, chatbots, and virtual assistants.
- Develop Agentic AI solutions capable of planning, reasoning, tool usage, and autonomous task execution.
- Integrate and optimize LLMs such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, and other open-source foundation models.
- Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems using vector databases and knowledge retrieval techniques.
- Develop, train, fine-tune, evaluate, and deploy Machine Learning and Deep Learning models for business use cases.
- Build predictive analytics, forecasting, recommendation, classification, regression, clustering, and anomaly detection solutions.
- Work with machine learning algorithms such as XGBoost, LightGBM, CatBoost, Random Forest, Gradient Boosting, Decision Trees, SVM, and Neural Networks.
- Develop Deep Learning models using CNNs, RNNs, LSTMs, Transformers, and other modern architectures.
- Perform feature engineering, data preprocessing, model selection, hyperparameter tuning, and performance optimization.
- Build workflow automation solutions using AI agents and orchestration frameworks.
- Develop REST APIs and microservices to expose AI capabilities.
- Integrate AI systems with external platforms, databases, CRM systems, ERP platforms, and third-party APIs.
- Monitor, optimize, and improve AI model accuracy, latency, scalability, and cost efficiency.
- Implement MLOps practices for model deployment, monitoring, versioning, and lifecycle management.
- Ensure security, governance, compliance, and responsible AI best practices.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, data, and business teams to define AI strategies and roadmaps.
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in Generative AI, Agentic AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Data Science.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
