About the Role
Bluebenz Digitizations is looking for a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to generate business opportunities within manufacturing companies across Maharashtra. The role involves visiting industrial areas, meeting decision-makers, promoting ERP and digital transformation solutions, and building a strong sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit factories, MIDCs, and industrial units to identify potential customers.
- Meet business owners, plant heads, production managers, and other decision-makers.
- Promote ERP, MRP, Manufacturing Automation, AI, BI, and Digital Transformation solutions.
- Schedule and coordinate product demonstrations with technical teams.
- Generate and qualify leads through field visits, networking, and referrals.
- Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and pipeline updates.
- Build long-term client relationships and generate referrals.
- Participate in industrial exhibitions, trade events, and networking activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, Computer Applications, or related field.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
- 1–5 years of experience in B2B, Software, ERP, Industrial, or Manufacturing Sales preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with field sales.
- Two-wheeler and willingness to travel extensively across industrial regions.
