We're Hiring: Project Assistant | Delhi NCR / Remote | US Hours
We are looking for a motivated and responsible Project Assistant to support day-to-day
technical and project-related work. The ideal candidate should have basic technical
knowledge, good problem-solving skills, and an interest in learning and working with
different tools and technologies.
What you'll do:
Assist with day-to-day technical and project-related tasks.
Support the team with data handling, documentation, testing, and basic analysis.
Work with basic Python and SQL as required for project tasks.
Assist with maintaining and organizing project data and records.
Support testing, troubleshooting, and other implementation-related activities.
Assist with Excel, databases, and other tools used for project work.
Use AI-powered tools to support research, content creation, problem-solving, and
day-to-day project tasks.
Research and learn new tools or technologies when required.
Coordinate with team members and complete assigned tasks within the required
timelines.
Provide support on other project-related activities as assigned.
Basic Technical Skills:
Basic knowledge of Python and SQL.
Familiarity with Java, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Basic understanding of Excel and databases, including MySQL.
Working knowledge of MS Excel and Power BI.
Familiarity with Git, GitHub, VS Code, Jupyter, and Google Colab.
Basic understanding of Data Analytics and data handling.
Knowledge of Prompt Engineering and Generative AI.
Basic understanding of Computer Vision and Feature Engineering.
Comfortable using AI and productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, DeepSeek,
Microsoft Copilot, and Canva.
Good computer skills and the ability to learn new software and tools.
Good logical thinking and problem-solving ability.
What we're looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Experience: 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience.
Candidates with internship, academic, or practical project experience are welcome.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Willingness to learn and take responsibility for assigned work.
A positive and practical approach to solving day-to-day tasks.
Project Experience Requirement:
Candidates may be required to present and provide a brief overview of the projects they
have worked on, including their role, responsibilities, tools used, and their contribution to
the project.
Important:
Along with the responsibilities mentioned above, you will also be expected to support the
team with other tasks and requirements related to the overall work of the division, as
assigned from time to time.
