WE ARE HIRING – TECHNICAL SUPERVISOR
We are looking for a *Technical Supervisor* to join our construction/project team and supervise site activities while ensuring quality, safety, and timely execution.

*Industry:* Construction / Infrastructure
*Location:*Chandrapur
*Experience:*3-10 years
*Qualification:* Diploma / ITI / B.E. / B.Tech – Civil Engineering
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Supervise daily construction and site activities
* Ensure work is carried out as per drawings and specifications
* Monitor workmanship, quality and productivity
* Coordinate with engineers, contractors and workers
* Check materials and ensure proper utilization
* Monitor manpower and daily work progress
* Identify and report technical/site issues
* Maintain daily site records and progress reports
* Ensure compliance with safety procedures
* Coordinate with the project team for timely completion of work
*Candidate Profile:*
✅ Good knowledge of construction/site execution
✅ Strong supervision and team-coordination skills
✅ Ability to read drawings and understand technical specifications
✅ Good communication and reporting skills
✅ Knowledge of MS Excel/AutoCAD will be an advantage
✅ Construction site experience preferred
