Blynk Virtual Technologies Private Limited, operating under the brand BlynkEx, is a registered virtual digital asset service provider based in Bhopal. We operate a peer-to-peer digital asset platform, facilitating secure buy and sell transactions across multiple exchange platforms.
Role Summary
The System Operator is responsible for processing and monitoring digital asset buy/sell transactions across our operating platforms. The role requires accuracy, speed, and consistent adherence to standard operating procedures in a live, time-sensitive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and process buy/sell orders across designated digital asset exchange platforms.
- Verify and match payment confirmations against corresponding orders.
- Monitor live order queues and action requests within defined response timelines.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date transaction records and shift logs.
- Coordinate with Relationship, KYC, and Compliance teams as required.
- Identify, flag, and escalate discrepancies or processing errors per SOP.
- Complete shift handover documentation at the close of each shift.
- Follow all internal compliance, reporting, and data-handling protocols.
Requirements
- 12th pass or Graduate (any stream).
- Basic computer proficiency — typing, spreadsheets, and web-based platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy under time pressure.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including night shift.
- Reliability and consistent attendance.
- Freshers are welcome; full training is provided.
Shift Timings
- Morning: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Evening: 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM
- Night: 1:00 AM – 9:00 AM
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
