Experience: Freshers with excellent communication skills or candidates with a minimum of 6 months of sales experience (EdTech/BFSI/Tele Sales/Inside Sales preferred).

Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Academic Counsellor to guide prospective students in choosing the right academic programs. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a passion for counselling and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and help them select suitable academic programs.
- Understand students' educational needs and recommend the right courses.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow up with leads, and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students throughout the admission process.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers with excellent English communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 6 months or more of sales/inside sales/tele sales experience will be preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
