Mission of the Role
This role primarily responsible for the day-to-day customer invoice booking, receipt accounting & allocation of receipts to invoices for Cotecna India.
Key Responsibilities
Timely Sales booking
Bank Receipts entries & adjustments.
Proper co-ordination with branches / customers for timely details for allocation.
Collection of outstanding payments
Monitoring customer account details for reconciliation of ledgers, balance confirmation non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities.
Preparing ageing reports and collection reports.
Maintaining accounts receivable customer files.
Resolving customer queries
Organizing a recovery system and initiating collection efforts
Liasioning with customers to ensure prompt collection
Detailed Reconciliation of Customer TDS as per 26 AS
GST Compliances - Filing / Returns / Reconciliation.
Month end Reportings
Qualifications, Experience and Technical Skills
2 -3 years of total experience in the field of Accounts Receivable
Graduate or Post graduate in Commerce is essential
Any other degree or diploma in Finance and knowledge of ERP is desirable
Hands on knowledge and experience in TDS & GST is essential
