- CA / CPA / CMA / MBA Finance preferred.
- 10–15+ years of experience in Record-to-Report, with at least 5+ years in a BPO or
- Shared Services leadership role.
- Strong background in manufacturing/R2R operations, ideally in refractory, chemicals,
- metals ,manufacturing or heavy industry
