Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via calls, chat, or email
- Assist customers with insurance-related information and support
- Resolve concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Coordinate with internal teams when required

- Graduate in any discipline
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Prior experience in Customer Service or Insurance will be an added advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency required
- Immediate joiners preferred
Work Schedule
- 6 days working
- Rotational shifts
