As a CyberArk PAM Engineer at Capgemini, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, customizing, and supporting enterprise-level CyberArk Privileged Access Management solutions. You will work closely with global stakeholders to deliver secure privileged access controls, application integrations, and automation capabilities across complex IT environments.
- Design, implement, and manage CyberArk PAM solutions for Windows, Linux/Unix, databases, network devices, and enterprise applications.
- Develop and enhance CyberArk CPM plugins, PSM connectors, and Access Manager (CP/CCP) integrations to support business and security requirements.
- Onboard privileged accounts, safes, platforms, and applications while ensuring compliance with PAM governance and security policies.
- Build automation solutions using PowerShell, Shell scripting, REST APIs, and CyberArk integrations to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, IAM, and application teams to provide SME support, testing, documentation, deployment, and operational handover.
- Hands-on experience with CyberArk PAM, including PVWA, CPM, PSM, CyberArk Access Manager (CP/CCP), and privileged account onboarding.
- Strong expertise in CPM Plugin Development and PSM Connector Development for custom target platforms and applications.
- Proficiency in PowerShell, C++, Shell Scripting, REST APIs, and automation of privileged access management processes.
- Good understanding of IAM/IDAM concepts, Active Directory, LDAP, databases, network devices, and Windows/Linux administration.
- Ability to create technical documentation, perform testing and compliance validation, and effectively communicate with global stakeholders.
