RedHill Nature Resort is a heritage boutique resort nestled in the beautiful Nilgiri Hills overlooking Emerald Lake. We are looking for passionate and hardworking Commis I and Commis II professionals who enjoy cooking, learning, and working in a peaceful environment surrounded by nature.

What You'll Do
- Prepare and assist in South Indian, North Indian, and Continental dishes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist with food preparation, plating, and service.
- Work closely with the Head Chef to deliver high-quality meals.
- Help with stock rotation and ingredient storage.
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of kitchen experience preferred.
- Freshers with hotel management training and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
- Good personal hygiene and attention to detail.
- Passion for cooking and continuous learning.
