Role Objective
To establish strong relationships with colleges and educational institutions, develop the institutional partnership pipeline, convert suitable opportunities into collaborations and support the market positioning of VALMIKI.
Job Role
This is a relationship-driven and field-oriented role. The person will represent VALMIKI before college leadership and will be responsible for taking institutional opportunities from initial discussion to active partnership.
Detailed Job Description
· Identify and research suitable engineering colleges, universities and educational institutions.
· Plan regular field visits and meetings with Principals, Directors, Chairpersons, Training and Placement Officers and other decision-makers.
· Understand institutional requirements before presenting the VALMIKI model.
· Present the partnership proposal clearly and professionally.
· Coordinate presentations, meetings, proposals, follow-ups and internal discussions.
· Maintain a complete institutional partnership pipeline.
· Coordinate documentation and communication during the partnership process.
· Support onboarding of newly signed institutions.
· Coordinate with Academic Operations before confirming delivery-related commitments.
· Support campus awareness and institutional marketing activities after partnership approval.
· Maintain regular reports on meetings, opportunities, proposals and conversion progress.
Key Result Areas (KRA)
· Build and maintain a qualified institutional prospect pipeline.
· Generate meaningful meetings with senior institutional decision-makers.
· Move qualified opportunities from meeting stage to proposal stage.
· Support conversion of suitable institutions into formal partnerships.
· Maintain strong relationships with active partner institutions.
· Ensure accurate and timely reporting of partnership activity.
· Contribute to the visibility and credibility of VALMIKI within the education ecosystem.
Work Expectations
· Regular field movement is expected.
· The role is not office-bound and requires college visits and relationship meetings.
· Daily follow-up discipline is mandatory.
· Every institutional interaction must be documented.
· No commitment may be made to a college without internal approval where academic, financial or legal implications exist.
· The individual is expected to own the partnership pipeline, not simply arrange meetings.
· Professional conduct and presentation are mandatory because this role represents the institution externally.
Eligibility and Qualification
· Graduate degree required.
· Management, marketing, education or business-related postgraduate qualification will be an advantage.
· Candidates from education partnerships, institutional sales, B2B relationship management, edtech or training industries are preferred.
Experience Requirement
· Preferred experience: 3 to 7 years.
· Experience meeting senior decision-makers is preferred.
· Experience in education partnerships or B2B relationship development will be an advantage.

Reporting Structure
Reports directly to the Founder or designated senior management authority during Phase 1.
