We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Visa Consultant to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates with 0–1 year of experience in visa processing or freshers with relevant training in GCC visa procedures. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in visa documentation, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to process applications accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process visa applications for GCC countries (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman).
- Perform accurate visa typing and online application submissions through relevant government portals.
- Verify client documents and ensure they meet visa and immigration requirements.
- Guide clients on visa documentation, application procedures, and processing timelines.
- Track visa application status and provide timely updates to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of visa applications and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and relevant authorities to ensure smooth processing.
- Stay updated with the latest GCC visa regulations and immigration policies.
Requirements
- 0–1 year of experience in visa processing, visa typing, travel, or immigration services. Freshers with relevant training are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of GCC visa procedures and documentation.
- Familiarity with visa typing and online application portals is an added advantage.
- Good computer skills and proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

- Knowledge of GCC employment, visit, tourist, family, and business visa processes.
- Quick learning ability and willingness to stay updated with immigration regulations.
