We are looking for a friendly and professional Bar Hostess to welcome guests, assist with seating arrangements, and ensure a pleasant experience for customers in our restobar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival.
- Escort guests to their tables or bar seating.
- Manage reservations and waiting lists.
- Answer customer inquiries about the venue and services.
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth guest flow.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Assist in handling guest feedback and requests professionally.
- Promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, well-groomed, and customer-focused personality.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is preferred.
