Salary: Up to ₹40,000 gross per month
In-hand Salary: ₹36,920 per month
Additional Allowance: ₹1,000 Wi-Fi allowance
System: Company-provided desktop system
Wi-Fi Requirement: Strong Wi-Fi required, minimum 100 Mbps
Experience: 1 Year international calling experience is Mandate
Communication: Excellent English communication is mandatory

Job Responsibilities:
● Handle international customer calls in a professional manner.
● Communicate clearly and confidently with global customers.
● Understand customer queries and provide accurate information as per process guidelines.
● Maintain high-quality communication and professional call handling standards.
● Follow process instructions, quality guidelines, and daily work updates.
● Coordinate with the team for smooth customer support and process performance.
● Maintain discipline, punctuality, and consistency while working from home.
Requirements:
● Candidate must have excellent English communication skills.
● Candidate should be clear, confident, professional, and comfortable with voice process.
● Prior international calling experience will be preferred.
● Candidate must be comfortable with 100% work-from-home setup.
● Candidate must have strong Wi-Fi with minimum 100 Mbps speed.
● Candidate should be able to work in a stable and distraction-free environment.
● Candidate should be comfortable with long-term process requirements.
● Candidate should be responsible, punctual, and performance-focused.
