Role Description
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to support and execute key human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement and HR operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for building a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibility
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate joining formalities and documentation.
- Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and completion of all pre-joining and post-joining activities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist in issuing HR letters, including offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and experience letters.
- Ensure HR records are accurate and up to date.
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, celebrations, and wellness activities.
- Promote a positive workplace culture aligned with company values.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management is preferred.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Experience in recruitment and HR operations is preferred.
- Fresh MBA graduates with strong internships may also be considered.
Required Skills

- Good understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
