Job description:
CACTUS is a remote-first organization and we embrace an accelerate from anywhere culture. You may be required to travel to our Mumbai office based on business requirements or for company/team events.
As an Associate Process Manager, you will be a part of the Workflow Management (WFM) team, which is responsible for coordinating the flow of work coming to the editing department, working with your client servicing team to meet customer requirements and being the first point of contact for freelance editors working across the globe.
Job responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the editing, client servicing, and customer care teams to understand and deliver against client requirements

Coordinate with and answer queries from in-house and freelance editors across the globe in a timely and professional manner

Having an in-depth knowledge of all processes within the company

Cultivating solid relationships with editor through providing a great personal yet professional environment

Interacting with editors through phone calls and email communications
Qualifications and prerequisites:
- Minimum one-year experience as a client servicing executive would be preferred; although freshers are also welcome

Fluent English communication and good email-writing skills with attention to grammar, empathy and internal processes

Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
- Analytical skills to identify and plug inefficiencies

Maintaining a positive frame while dealing with high pressure situations

Proficiency in MS Word and Excel would be beneficial
Working Shifts: The candidate is expected to work in rotational shifts with two weekly offs.
