*Job Summary*
We are looking for a skilled CNC Programmer with hands-on experience in programming, setup, and machining of valve components (especially Ball valves). The ideal candidate should have exposure to CNC machining centers, VMC/HMC machines, 3-axis and 5-axis machining, and CAD/CAM software. Candidates from the Industrial Valve manufacturing industry will be preferred.
*Key Responsibilities*
1. Develop and optimize CNC programs for machining valve components.
2. Perform machine setup, prove-out, and process validation for new jobs.
3. Operate and troubleshoot CNC machining centers including VMC/HMC machines.
4. Work on 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machines for precision machining applications.
5. Create and modify machining programs using CAD/CAM software.
6. Select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and machining parameters.
7. Reduce cycle time and improve machining efficiency through process optimization.
8. Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and manufacturing specifications.
9. Coordinate with Design, Production, and Quality departments for smooth execution of jobs.
10. Ensure adherence to quality standards and production schedules.
11. Maintain records related to programs, tooling, and process sheets.
12. Follow all safety and manufacturing guidelines.
*Required Skills*
* Strong hands-on experience in CNC Programming and Machine Setup.
* Experience in machining valve components such as mainly Ball Valves and Gate Valves, Globe Valves, Butterfly Valves.
* Knowledge of CNC Turning Centers, VMC, and HMC Machines.
* Exposure to 3-Axis and 5-Axis machining.
* Proficiency in CAD/CAM software.
* Strong understanding of cutting tools, fixtures, machining strategies, and process planning.
* Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T.
* Knowledge of Fanuc is preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
