1. Offline Media Design:
Ø Design marketing materials such as:
· Newspaper advertisements, banners, hoardings, and stickers
· Catalogues, retail boards, and scheme brochures
· ID cards, certificates, and T-shirt prints
· Corporate materials like diaries, pens, and other branding items
· Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives
Ø Coordinate with printing vendors for final output and quality check
2. Online Media & Social Content Creation:
Ø Create engaging digital creatives for:
· Daily motivational quotes and WhatsApp status content
· Theme based product marketing posts
· Music based and story-based creatives
· Awareness campaigns and lead generation posts
Ø Develop and design:
· Company profile/biography videos
· Reels and short form content for social media
· Scheme promotion videos and product awareness videos
Ø Maintain consistency in brand communication across platforms
3. AI & CGI Based Advertising:
Ø Create and manage AI/CGI based promotional ads
Ø Plan and execute:
· Paid advertisements across social media platforms
· YouTube ads and OTT platform video ads
Ø Coordinate ad releases and monitor campaign performance
Stay updated with latest trends in AI riven marketing and visual storytelling
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Canva, etc.
· Basic knowledge of video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar)
· Understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends
· Creativity with strong visual storytelling skills
· Knowledge of AI tools and CGI based design will be an added advantage
· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Experience:
· 1–3 years of experience in graphic design and digital marketing (preferred)
· Freshers with strong portfolio can also apply
