Job Title: Online Tutor – Sanskrit / AI Coding & Robotics Trainer (Remote)About Learners Note
Learners Note is seeking passionate, dedicated, and knowledgeable Online Tutors to deliver high-quality one-on-one live tutoring sessions to students across the globe. Tutors will conduct interactive classes through Google Meet, ensuring an engaging and personalized learning experience.
Subjects
Candidates may be assigned classes based on their qualifications and expertise in one or more of the following:
- Sanskrit – Up to Grade 10
- AI Coding & Robotics – Up to Grade 10
Tutors may teach students from KG to Grade 10, depending on the subject, student requirements, and the tutor's competency.
Eligibility CriteriaEducational Qualification
- Any Bachelor's Degree (for Sanskrit Tutor)
- B.Tech (Computer Science/IT), MCA, BCA, M.Tech, or equivalent qualification (for AI Coding & Robotics Trainer)
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of teaching or relevant subject experience.
- Freshers with exceptional subject knowledge and teaching skills may also apply.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong subject knowledge.
- Ability to engage students in an online learning environment.
- Good classroom management and interpersonal skills.
Technical Requirements
- Desktop or Laptop (Mandatory)
- YouCam installed for session recording (Mobile devices are not supported)
- Stable high-speed Wi-Fi connection
- Quiet and professional workspace
Working Schedule
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Off)
- Class Timings: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Break Timings:
- 6:00 PM – 6:30 PM
- 8:30 PM – 9:00 PM
- Maximum 4 classes per day
- Minimum commitment of 4 hours per day
- Availability for at least 5 days per week
Compensation & Benefits
- Performance-based initial remuneration.
- Eligible for appraisal after 15 months.
- Salary will be credited on the 15th of every month based on the sessions conducted during the previous month.
- Students will be assigned for the entire academic year upon successful completion of the demo session.
- 10% TDS will be deducted as per Government of India regulations.
- Form 16 will be provided every six months for income tax purposes.

Training & Onboarding
- Mandatory training on teaching methodologies and internal applications.
- Complete syllabus, lesson plans, and reference materials will be provided.
Interview Process
The selection process includes:
- HR Interview
- Technical/Subject Evaluation
- 7–10 minute PowerPoint demo class on a topic of the candidate's choice via Google Meet.
- Final discussion and onboarding.
