Job Summary
BOOPORG Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a creative, analytical, and result-oriented Social Media Executive to manage and grow the digital presence of our clients and brands across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate should be capable of understanding client requirements, creating engaging content strategies, coordinating with internal teams, managing influencer collaborations, and leveraging analytics to optimize campaign performance and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute social media strategies across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- Understand client objectives, target audience, and business requirements to develop effective social media plans.
- Create, plan, and manage content calendars aligned with brand goals and campaign objectives.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, content writers, and other internal teams to develop high-quality content.
- Draft engaging captions, social media copy, campaign concepts, and content briefs.
- Schedule and publish content across social media platforms using relevant scheduling tools.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital opportunities.
- Identify, onboard, and coordinate with influencers, creators, and content partners for campaigns and brand collaborations.
- Manage influencer communications, negotiations, deliverables, and campaign reporting.
- Track campaign performance and social media metrics using analytics tools.
- Generate insights and recommendations based on audience behavior, engagement, reach, impressions, conversions, and campaign performance.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for clients and management.
- Work closely with clients to understand feedback, campaign objectives, and evolving requirements.
- Monitor community engagement and ensure timely responses to comments, messages, and customer interactions.
- Recommend strategies to improve organic growth, engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation.
- Stay updated with the latest social media algorithms, platform updates, influencer trends, and digital marketing best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in Marketing, Communications, Mass Media, Business Administration, or any related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.
- Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
- Excellent content planning, copywriting, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance.
- Experience in influencer marketing and creator collaborations.
- Ability to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and reporting tools.
- Strong organizational, presentation, and client management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency, Advertising Agency, PR Agency, or Brand Marketing Team.
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, and social listening tools.
- Basic understanding of paid social media campaigns and performance marketing.
