About the Role
EBG Group is looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead the visual design function for our Social Media & Digital Marketing team.
In this role, you'll take ownership of creative direction across multiple brands, develop compelling marketing creatives, mentor junior designers, and ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design of social media creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Create high-quality marketing materials including banners, posters, infographics, brochures, and campaign assets.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines and design systems across multiple brands.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and business teams to deliver engaging creative campaigns.
- Review design concepts, provide creative feedback, and ensure high-quality output.
- Mentor and guide junior graphic designers.
- Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and creative techniques.
- Act as the primary creative resource for design-related decisions across the organization.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5–7 years of professional Graphic Design experience.
- Experience leading design projects or mentoring junior designers.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital marketing, and social media creatives.
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
- Experience creating and maintaining brand guidelines.
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
