Job Summary
Sambhav Clinic is looking for experienced Health Consultants to join our growing team. The role involves telephonic consultation and patient counseling. Candidates must have prior experience in calling processes and a healthcare or medical-related background.
Both male and female candidates are eligible to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct telephonic consultations with patients.
- Counsel patients regarding healthcare services and treatment plans.
- Handle inbound and outbound patient calls professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions.
- Follow up with patients as required.
- Address patient queries and provide appropriate guidance.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth patient support.
- Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be currently residing in Meerut.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in telecalling, patient counseling, healthcare consultation, or a related field.
- Medical, healthcare, nursing, pharmacy, or allied healthcare experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
