Role Overview
We are looking for a Marketing CRM Executive to manage and optimize our customer relationship processes. This role involves handling client databases, executing CRM campaigns, tracking engagement, and ensuring smooth communication throughout the customer journey. The candidate will play a key role in improving client retention and supporting the marketing team with data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the CRM database with accurate and updated client information.
- Develop, execute, and monitor CRM campaigns to enhance customer engagement.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless client communication.
- Track and analyze customer interactions to provide insights for marketing strategies.
- Assist in creating personalized communication for prospects and existing clients.
- Ensure timely follow-ups on leads, inquiries, and client requirements.
- Generate regular CRM reports on campaign effectiveness and customer behavior.
- Support marketing activities, including email campaigns, feedback collection, and client engagement programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in CRM/Marketing roles (preferably in real estate, interiors, or related industries).
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and suggest improvements.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
