Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Sales Executive to join the WECO India team in Bhopal. The candidate will be responsible for driving B2B sales of elevator components and spare parts by identifying and acquiring new clients, maintaining existing accounts, and achieving assigned revenue targets. This is a field-intensive role requiring regular client visits and strong industry networking within the elevator and building maintenance sector in and around Bhopal.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients including elevator manufacturers, contractors, and building management companies across Bhopal and nearby regions
- Promote and sell WECO India's product range including door safety sensors, switches, fans, load sensors, and other elevator components
- Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, referrals, and industry networks
- Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate products from the catalogue
- Prepare and submit quotations, negotiate pricing, and close orders
- Follow up on payments and coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team for timely delivery
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Submit daily/weekly visit reports and sales updates to the reporting manager
- Track market trends, competitor pricing, and new product developments in the elevator industry
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Any Graduate
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales in an engineering company; experience in elevator spare parts or elevator industry is a plus.
Skills:
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Sound knowledge of computers and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined
- Willingness to travel for field sales and client visits within Bhopal and surrounding areas
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
