We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals for the role of Sales Coordinator / Pre-Sales Consultant. The role involves handling client interactions, managing leads, and supporting the sales team to drive conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential clients
- Understand customer requirements and provide project details
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with sales executives
- Maintain accurate data and follow-ups in CRM/Excel
- Ensure continuous client engagement and follow-ups
- Support sales team in lead conversion and coordination
- Maintain daily reports and pipeline tracking
Key Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong convincing and coordination ability
- Basic knowledge of real estate / sales process
- CRM and MS Excel knowledge
- Target-oriented and proactive approach
Experience:
- 1–5 years of experience in Pre-Sales / Telecalling / Sales Coordination
- Freshers with excellent communication can also be considered
