The ID Fitout Estimator will be responsible for reviewing architectural and interior design drawings, specifications, and tender documents to prepare accurate cost estimates for interior fitout projects. The role includes rate analyses, detailed cost breakdowns, as well as supporting bid preparation, tender submission, and value engineering proposals. The estimator will coordinate with project managers, designers, procurement teams, and subcontractors to validate scope, obtain quotations, and track market rates.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
