Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business leads through various channels (calls, emails, networking, etc.)
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective clients
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM tools
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Good negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (preferred)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in sales or business development (internships also considered)
- Familiarity with digital marketing or B2B sales is a plus
