- Assisting with bathing, grooming, and oral hygiene
- Helping with dressing and undressing
- Toileting and incontinence care
- Checking and recording vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure)
- Monitoring blood sugar levels (if trained)
- Observing changes in patient’s condition
- Reporting concerns to nurses or family members
- Recording daily care activities
- Maintaining patient care logs
- Communicating with family members and healthcare teams
- Following care plans accurately
