We’re seeking an experienced Lead Software Engineer with 7–8 years of deep expertise in Anaplan. This is a leadership role where you’ll guide teams, architect solutions, and partner with stakeholders to deliver enterprise-scale planning systems. Key Skills and Qualifications
7–8 years of proven Anaplan model building experience, including complex modules and workflows.
Strong knowledge of Anaplan architecture connected planning, and governance.
Expertise in Anaplan integrations and data platforms.
Solid understanding of financial planning, supply chain, or sales performance management.
Experience leading engineering teams and mentoring junior model builders.
Proficiency in cloud platforms.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Professional Solution Architect or Master Anaplanner designation preferred.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

Architect and implement scalable Anaplan solutions across financial, operational, and strategic domains.

Oversee Anaplan integrations and data platforms.
Ensure adherence to best practices in design, governance, and documentation.
Mentor and coach junior engineers, fostering a culture of excellence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end planning solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production.
Contribute to the strategic roadmap by evaluating new features and tools.
Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, ensuring solutions align with business goals.
